قَالَتْ رَبِّ أَنَّى يَكُونُ لِي وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِي بَشَرٌ قَالَ كَذَلِكِ اللّهُ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاء إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
Qalat rabbi anna yakoonu lee waladun walam yamsasnee basharun qala kathaliki Allahu yakhluqu ma yashao itha qada amran fainnama yaqoolu lahu kun fayakoonu

The Aya says:
She said: My nurturing Lord, how will belong to me a child and a human did not touch me?! He responded: Like that (is) Allah. He creates what he wills. If/when He mandates an implement, then He will only say to it: be, then it happens to be.

My personal note:
This continues the dialogue between Mary and the angel. When she asked how she will have a baby without being touched by man. The response was a reminder of the greatness of God.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Qalat: She said/ she responded
Note: the root is Qaf-W-L and it means saying or communicating. QALAT is an action that is completed that is derived from the root. It means: the saying happened by the subject (third person singular feminine). It means she said, and is used here to mean she responded.
Rabbi: My nurturing lord
Note: Note: the root is R-B-B and it means lordship and nurturing at the same time. It gives authority and nurture at the same time. RABBI is used here for calling: My nurturing Lord.
Anna: from where?! /how come?!
Yakoonu: happens to be/ will happen to be
Note: the root is K-W-N and it means being. YAKOONU is an action that is being completed or will be completed that is derived from the root. It means: the action of being is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person singular). The meaning of the term ANNA Yakoonu is then: How will happen to be?
Lee: to me/ belong to me
Waladun: a child/ a son
Note: the root W-L-D and it means conceiving or giving birth. It also means child or the product of birth or conception. WALAD is a child or a son.
Walam: and not
Yamsasnee: touch me
Note: the root is M-S-S and it means touching. This word then has different meanings to the word touching according to the plane of thought. YAMSAS is an action that is happening or will be happening. It means: the action of touching is happening or will be happening by the subject (BASHAR= human) to the object NEE which means me. However, WALAM YAMSASNEE together give the meaning: And did not touch me/ and I was not touched by.
Basharun: Human/ human skin
Note: the root B-SH-R and it means the outer skin of people. This is also a sign of beauty and good news in the abstract. BASHARUN means outer skin of people but is also used for human since humans are covered by it.
Qala: He responded
Note: the root is Qaf-W-L and it means saying or communicating. QALA is an action that is completed that is derived from the root. It means: the saying happened by the subject (third person singular). It means he said.
Kathaliki: that is how/ like that
Allahu: Allah
Yakhluqu: He creates
Note: the root is KH-L-Qaf and it means creating and creation. The word has many little other meanings that revolve around that theme, in concrete, it means the smoothened rock that was shaped that way, so it has the cutting and shaping and making things as part of the meaning as well as creating out of nothing as well. YAKHLUQU is an action that is happening or will be happening that is derived from the root. It means: the action of creating is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person singular pointing to God) to the object (MA YASHAO= what He wills)

Yashao: He wills/ He entities
Note: the root is SH-Y-Hamza and it means entity for noun and to entity for the action. This means making a non entity become an entity, which also means making what was impossible possible, or what was non existent, existent or what was un-allowed allowed, and so forth. YASHAO is an action that is related to the root that is being completed or will be completed. It means: The entity is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person singular and points to God).

Note: the root is K-W-N and it means being. KUN is an order to a singular to be.
Fayakoonu: Then it happens to be
Note: FA means then or so or therefore. YAKOONU, the root is K-W-N and it means being. YAKOONU is an action that is being completed or will be completed that is derived from the root. It means: the action of being is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person singular).
