This is 3:43
يَا مَرْيَمُ اقْنُتِي لِرَبِّكِ وَاسْجُدِي وَارْكَعِي مَعَ الرَّاكِعِينَ
Ya maryamu oqnutee lirabbiki waosjudee wairkaAAee maAAa alrrakiAAeena

The Aya says:
O Mary, make yourself dedicated to your nurturing Lord and prostrate and bow with the ones that bow.

My personal note:
The Aya mentions two actions that are included in the prayer, Sujood= prostration and Rukoo= bowing. Both words have a physical, mental, psychological and spiritual aspects to their meanings and all those aspects are binding. This is the range of the meaning of those words and since there is no indication in the sentence or the Qur'an to limit the meaning to one or another aspect, then the wide range of the meaning applies and is binding.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Ya: O (this is a calling)
Maryamu: Mary/ Miriam
Oqnutee: make yourself dedicated
Note: the root is Qaf-N-T and it means dedicating. The meaning carries the range of being silent to in front of another, acceptance of the lordship of the one above him/her and standing as well as a sign of respect and dedication. They all carry the general concept of Dedication. OQNUTEE is an order addressing a singular feminine. It means make yourself dedicated.
Lirabbiki: To your nurturing Lord
Note: LI means to. RABBIKI is derived from the root R-B-B and it means lordship and nurturing at the same time. It gives authority and nurture at the same time. RABBI means: nurturing Lord of. KI means a singular you (feminine).
Waosjudee: and prostrate yourself (physically and spiritually)
Note: WA means and. OSJUDEE is derived from the root S-J-D and in concrete it means a tree that is tilting downward due to a heavy load of fruits. It therefore is used to mean tilting downward of the face or the body including prostration. In abstract, it means showing signs of submission to a higher power, basically showing that one is giving in to the higher power. The range of meaning includes the abstract and the concrete together and one needs to understand it as both unless there is a strong reason in the sentence or elsewhere in the Qur’an to make one meaning inappropriate or impossible.
wairkaAAee: And bow
Note: WA means And. IRKaAAee is derived from the root R-K-Ain and it means to bend the back or to bow This meaning extends to the concrete and the abstract and both are correct and are binding unless their is a reason to limit the meaning to one. IRKaAAee is an order addressing a singular feminine to bow (physically and mentally and psychologically)
maAAa: with
alrrakiAAeena: the ones that bow
Note: ALRRAKiAAeeNA is derived from the root R-K-Ain and it means to bend the back or to bow. ALRRAKiAAeeNA are the ones that bow
