This is 2:280
وَإِن كَانَ ذُو عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ إِلَى مَيْسَرَةٍ وَأَن تَصَدَّقُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Wain kana thoo AAusratin fanathiratun ila maysaratin waan tasaddaqoo khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona

The Aya says:
And if he happened to be one of narrow abilities, then waiting till wider abilities, and if you make charity happen, then it is better for you, if you (plural) happened to know.

My personal note:
This Aya continues the theme related to the usury. It mentions that if the person that took the loan is unable to pay, then waiting till a better time for him/her. It also mentions that charity is better for us, if we happened to have knowledge.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Wain: and if
Kana: he were/he happened to be
Note: the root is K-W-N and it means being. KANA is an action that is completed that is derived from the root. It means: the action of being happened by the subject (third personal singular). This in turn means: he were or he happened to be
Thoo: one of
AAusratin: difficulty/narrowness of abilities
Note: the root is Ain-S-R and it means difficulty or narrowness of abilities. AAuSRATIN is difficulty or narrowness of abilities.
Fanathiratun: then waiting
Note: FA means therefore or so or then. NATHIRATUN is derived from the root N-THA-R and it means looking. This is then understood according to the plane of thought being discussed. Looking in space takes the meaning of looking, but in time would take the meaning of waiting, very much as looking forward to. Here, NATHIRATUN has the meaning of waiting because it is in the plane of thought of time.
Ila: to/till
Maysaratin: ease/width of abilities
Note: the root is Y-S-R and it means ease or width of abilites. MAYSARATIN means ease or width of abilities.
Waan: and that
Tasaddaqoo: you make charity/ you provide charity
Note: the root is Sad-D-Qaf and it means truth in word or deed. When it is in deed, it takes the shape of charity as the act of truthfulness. TASADDAQOO is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of making charity is happening or will be happening by the subject (second person plural)
Khayrun: better
Note: the root is KH-Y-R and it means choice. It is also understood as good or as better, because one would chose the good over the bad. KHAYRUN means better choice or choice or just better.
Lakum: to you (plural)

Kuntum: you (plural) happened to be/you (plural) were
Note: the root is K-W-N and it means being. KUNTUM is an action that is completed that is derived from the root. It means: the action of being happened by the subject (second person plural). This in turn means: you were or you happened to be
taAAlamoona: you (plural) knowing
Note: the root is Ain-L-M and it means knowledge or knowing. TaAALAMOONA is an action that is derived from the root and that is being completed or will be completed. This means the action of knowing is happening of will be happening. This, in turn means you know. IN KUNTUM TaAALAMOONA if you (plural) happened to be knowing.
