This is 2:99
وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَآ إِلاَّ الْفَاسِقُونَ
Walaqad anzalna ilayka ayatinbayyinatin wama yakfuru biha illa alfasiqoona

Note:
The Aya says “And We (GOD) made arrive to you (Muhammad) signs that clarify, and will not bury their minds at them except for those that leave the right path.”

My personal note:
This is a message that the signs that were sent to the prophet Muhammad clarify many things in life to the people. The Aya also says that the ones the close their minds to those Ayat are the ones that leave the right path.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Walaqad: And (with some stresss)
Anzalna: We (GOD) made arrive
Note: The root is N-Z-L and it means to arrive for the verb and arrival for the noun. ANZALNA is the first person plural past tense of a verb that is derived of the root and that means We (GOD) made come.
Ilayka: To you
Ayatin: Signs
Bayyinatin: clarifying/that clarify
Note: the word is derived from the root B-Y-N and it means between in the concrete form. For the verb it means to become between and that means to distance, to clarify and to die in different abstract forms that will be understood according to the place in the sentence. BAYYINAT means clarifying/that clarify.
Wama: And will not/does not
Yakfuru: bury (their minds)
Note: the root is K-F-R and it means to cover/to bury seeds in the ground. This is the concrete meaning and the abstract is to bury ones mind at something or in something. YAKFURU is the third person singular present tense of the verb.
Biha: At her
Note: the HER is a feminine word and it points to the Signs.
Illa: Except for
Alfasiqoona: The ones who leave the right path.
Note: the root is F-S-Qaf and it means to leave the right path. ALFASIQOON are the people that leave the right path.
