This is 3:18
شَهِدَ اللّهُ أَنَّهُ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةُ وَأُوْلُواْ الْعِلْمِ قَآئِمَاً بِالْقِسْطِ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
Shahida Allahu annahu la ilaha illa huwa waalmalaikatu waoloo alAAilmi qaiman bialqisti la ilaha illa huwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu

The Aya says:
Allah witnessed that no one (is) worthy of worship but HE. And so did the angels, and the people of knowledge. He (is) standing upright/ maintaining by the justice. No one (is) worthy of worship but HE, the irresistibly strong, the wise.

My personal note:
I will bring the attention to the last two words ALAAaZIZU ALHAKEEM. They combine two very important meanings and the meanings come together. The first tells about strength that is irresistible which can scare people and the second calms people because of the message that this strength is associated with wisdom. Wisdom combines all the important aspects of making decision, including strength, knowledge, justice and compassion.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Shahida: He witnessed
Note: the root is Sh-H-D and it means witnessing. One concrete meaning is the honey where the wax and the honey are together. Another concrete is the newborn where the baby still has the membranes on him. As if in both situations, the wax and the membranes are witnesses to the truth. SHAHIDA is an action that is completed that is derived from the root. It means: the action of witnessing happened by the subject (third person singular).
Allahu: Allah/God
Annahu: that
La: No
Ilaha: God/ one worthy of worship
Note: the root is Hamza-L-H and it means God and another definition is one worthy of worship. ILAHA is God or one worthy of worship.
Illa: except/but
Huwa: He
Waalmalaikatu: And the angels (also witnessed)
Note: WA means and. ALMALAIKATU is derived from the root is L-Hamza-K and it means messenger. ALMALAIKATU are the messengers and is used for the angels since they are the messengers of God to his people and messengers.
Waoloo: and people of
alAAilmi: The knowledge
Note: the root is Ain-L-M and it means knowledge. ALAAiLMI means the knowledge.
Qaiman: He standing upright/ He maintaining
Note: the root is Qaf-W-M and it means stand upright. This word then takes meanings according to the plane of thought that is being mentioned, including meaning of standing but also maintaining or keeping something standing and functioning and so forth. QAIMAN is a word that explains a state of being. It means standing upright and within that meaning, it carries the meaning of maintaining himself and others.
Bialqisti: by the justice
Note: Bi suggests that what comes after it is either an association with the action, a tool of the action or an object of the action or any combination of the three. If bi serves as an object of the action that it serves as an emphasis of the action. ALQISTI is derived from the root is Qaf-S-T and it means portioning or portion. It also carries with it the just portioning. ALQISTI takes the meaning of the justice.

Note: the root is Hamza-L-H and it means God and another definition is one worthy of worship. ILAHA is God or one worthy of worship.
Illa: except
Huwa: He
alAAazeezu: the strong who defeats pressure/ the irresistibly strong
Note: the root is Ain-Z-Z and it means the hard earth that will not yield under the rain and therefore, will make the rain water flow rather than seep. It is used for entities that are strong and defeat pressure. ALAAaZEEZU means: The strong who defeats pressure.
Alhakeemu: The wise/ the steerer
Note: The root is Ha-K-M and it means the steer that steers the animal. This word is used for ruling and judging as well as other meanings of steering. The best steerer is the one that uses the best tools to steer and that is the Arabic definition of wisdom. ALHAKEEMU means: The wise/ the steerer.
