رَبَّنَا وَابْعَثْ فِيهِمْ رَسُولاً مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُواْ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِكَ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ العَزِيزُ الحَكِيمُ
Rabbana waibAAath feehimrasoolan minhum yatloo AAalayhim ayatikawayuAAallimuhumu alkitaba waalhikmatawayuzakkeehim innaka anta alAAazeezu alhakeemu


The Aya says:
Our nurturer, and move amongst them an envoy from them, who recites (and follows closely) on them your signs, and teaches them the KITAB and the HIKMA , and makes them mature (spiritually and otherwise). Verily, you are the strong, resistant to pressures, the wise(the one that arrives at the best judgement and best results).

My personal note:
In here I used the meaning of the ALKITAB as the book. However, it can be understood as the process of writing including the ideas that are behind the book, as well as the writing of books themselves that are derived from what they learn.

Also, ALHIKMATA is usually defined as wisdom. However, wisdom, according to Lisan AL ARAB means the way to arrive at the best judgement and result.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Rabbana: Our nurturer
Note: the root is R-B-B and it means to become grown/nurtured and so forth. RABB is the nurturer. NA means our
waibAAath: and move/send
Note: the root is B-Ain-TH and it means movement from static position as in death or rest. It is also understood as sending. IBAAaTH is an order form of the verb addressed to an individual and that means Move/Send.
Feehim: Amongst them
Rasoolan: An envoy
Note: the root is R-S-L and it means the sending/envoyment of one or a group. RASOOL is the envoy or the sent person.
Minhum: From them.
Yatloo: Arrives following closely/reciting
Note: the root is T-L-W and it is the baby cow that was weaned and is following closely his mother. YATLOO is the third person singular present or future tense of the verb that means to arrive/become following closely and or arrives/becomes reciting.
AAalayhim: On them
Ayatika: Your signs
Note: the root is Hamza-Y-H and it means sign. AYAT are the signs. KA means you in the singular form.
wayuAAallimuhumu: And teach them/and to make them know
Note: WA means And. YuAALLIMU is derived from the root Ain-L-M and it means knowledge. YuAALLIMU is the third person singular present or future tense of a derived verb. This verb means to make someone know. HUMU means them
Alkitaba: The book/the process of writing
Note: The root is K-T-B and it means writing. AL KITAB means the book or anything that is involved in writing as the process of writing
Waalhikmata: And the wisdom/and the way to arrive at the best or better judgement and result
Note: WA means and. ALHIKMATA is derived from the root Ha-K-M and it means ruling (judgement). The verb means to arrive at the best ruling or result of any kind. ALHIKMATA is the way to arriving at the best rulings/judgement or work.
Wayuzakkeehim: And matures them (spiritually and otherwise)
Note: WA means And. YUZAKKEE is derived from the root Z-K-W and it means growing/maturing in all the aspects (physical and spiritual). YUZAKKEE is the third person singular present or future tense that means make (someone) grow or mature. HIM means them.
Innaka: You are
Anta: You (for stress)
alAAazeezu: The strong and resistant to pressures
Note: the root is A-Z-Z and it means strength and resistance to pressure. ALAZIZ is the one that is strong and resistant to pressure.
Alhakeemu: The wise/the one that arrives at best judgement and result.
Note: the root is Ha-K-M and it means ruling (judgement). The verb means to arrive at the best ruling or work. ALHAKEEM is the one that arrives at the best judgement and result.
