This is 2:104
يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقُولُواْ رَاعِنَا وَقُولُواْ انْظُرْنَا وَاسْمَعُواْ وَلِلكَافِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola taqooloo raAAina waqooloo onthurnawaismaAAoo walilkafireena AAathabun aleemun

The Aya says:
O you who make selves safe (in GOD) Do not say: give us special treatment so that we give you special treatment and say watch over us (and give us time to absorb the message), and listen (to GOD’s message). And to the ones that cover (their minds from GOD and his orders) belongs painful suffering

My personal note:
This Aya is a message against bargaining with GOD and the prophet and a message of honesty. It asks us to ask to be watched by GOD and be given time to learn the message of GOD better. It also emphasizes that we should listen in order to learn more. The AYA reminds us that the ones who cover their minds to GOD and his message will receive painful suffering

Translation of transliterated words:
Ya ayyuha allatheena: O those that
Note: YA is a calling word and the two others are addressing people.
Amanoo: Made selves safe
Note: the root is Hamza-M-N and it means to become safe. AMANOO is the third person plural past tense of a verb that is derived from the root. The meaning is making self safe.
la taqooloo: Do not say
Note: La means No or do not. TAQOOLOO is derived from the root Qaf-W-L and it means to say for the verb and saying for the noun. TAQOOLOO is the second person plural present tense of the verb
raAAina: Treat us in a special way so we treat you in a special way.
Note: the root is R-Ain-W and it means to graze (as the sheep that graze.) for the verb and grazing for the noun. This is the concrete meaning and the abstract can mean to be taken care of/to be fed and so forth. RaAAiNA is an interactive form of the verb that is derived from the root. It means treat us in a special way (with an understood deal that we treat you the same in return)
Waqooloo: And say
Note: WA means And and QOOLOO is derived from the same root as TAQOOLOO.
Onthurna: Watch us/watch over us (with the understanding of give us time).
Note: the root is N-Thad-R and it means to see or to watch. Sometimes it has the meaning to wait (probably related to watching or watching for). ONTHURNA is an order form of the verb that addresses a singular and means Watch us or watch over us (with the understanding of give us time).
waismaAAoo: And listen/hear
Note: the root is S-M-Ain and it means to hear and to listen. ISMaAAOO is an order form of the verb addressing a group of people
Walilkafireena: And to the ones that cover (their minds from GOD)
Note: WA means and. LI means to. ILKAFIREEN is derived from the root K-F-R and it means to cover/to bury for concrete and to cover or bury the mind from GOD and his orders for the abstract.
AAathabun: Suffering
Note: the root is Ain-TH-B and it means to avoid something desirable due to suffering. AAaTHAB is the suffering that makes one avoid something desirable.
Aleemun: painful
Note: the root is Hamza-L-M and it means pain. ALEEM means painful.
