This is 2:106
مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ أَوْ نُنسِهَا نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Ma nansakh min ayatin awnunsiha na/ti bikhayrin minha aw mithlihaalam taAAlam anna Allaha AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun

The Aya says:
What sign WE replace or make forgotten, We bring about better or similar to it. Haven’t you known that GOD is more than able to measure execute the task of every thing?!

My personal note:
This Aya is a reassurance to the people that the message of GOD will always be present. GOD has always made his message present and will always make it present. We just have to open our minds for it, have consciousness to receive it, look for it and ask GOD for it.

Translation of the Transliterated words:
Ma nansakh: What We write over/replace
Note: MA means not. NANSAKHU is derived from the root N-S-KH and it means to write an exact copy or to write over as in replace. NANSAKHU is the first person plural present tense of the verb. Here, the meaning is write over and replace rather than the writing of the copy because of the flow of the rest of the sentence.
Min: Of/from
Ayatin: Sign/A sign
Note: the root is Hamza-Y-H and it means a sign. AYATIN means sign.
Awnunsiha: Or make HER forgotten
Note: AW means or. NUNSIHA is derived from the root N-S-W and it means to forget. NUNSI is the first person plural present tense of a verb that is derived of the root. This verb means make forgotten. HA means her and it points to the AYATIN (sign).
na/ti: We bring
Note: the root is Hamza-T-W and it means to come with determination. NA/TI is the first person plural present tense of a verb that is derived from the root that means Make come and that actually means bring.
Bikhayrin: With better choice/better
Note: BI means with or by. KHAYRIN is derived from the root KH-Y-R and it means to give choice for the verb and Good/better choice for the noun. KHAYRIN is the better choice.
Minha: from her
Note: The her is the sign again.
aw mithliha: Or similar to her
Note: AW means or. MITHLI is derived from M-TH-L and it means to become similar to. MITHL is the noun and it means similar. HA means her
Alam: Haven’t
Note: this is a word that is starting a question
taAAlam: You known
Note: the root is Ain-L-M and it means to know. TaAALAM comes after ALAM and this makes it Haven’t you known as the meaning
Anna: That
Allaha: The GOD
AAala: On
Kulli: Every/all
shay-in: Entity/thing
Note: the root is SH-Y-Hamza and it means to want/desire for the verb and thing/something or entity for the noun. This is the noun
Qadeerun: more than able to measure and execute the task
Note: the root is Qaf-D-R and it means to measure and perform what is needed at the same time. QADEER is the one that is more than able to measure and execute the task.
