This is 2:167
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُواْ لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّؤُواْ مِنَّا كَذَلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ اللّهُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ حَسَرَاتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا هُم بِخَارِجِينَ مِنَ النَّارِ
Waqala allatheena ittabaAAoo law anna lana karratan fanatabarraa minhum kama tabarraoo minna kathalika yureehimu Allahu aAAmalahum hasaratin AAalayhim wama hum bikharijeena mina annar

The Aya says:
And the ones that followed said: “If we have a repeat/return (to earth and life), therefore, we proceed to dissociate from them as they did to us.” That is how GOD makes them view their works, vulnerabilities on them, and they are not coming out of the fire.

My personal note:
This is a reminder for people who follow blindly others. They have to stand on their own in front of GOD and they cannot use the excuse of following. Each has to use his/her judgement, and each is responsible for it.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Waqala: And said
Note: WA means and. QALA is derived from the root Qaf-W-L and it means saying. QALA is the third person singular or plural past tense of a verb that is derived from the root. This verb means literally arrived saying. This, in turn, means in this situation Said.
Allatheena: Those that
ittabaAAoo: Followed

Fanatabarraa: Therefore we proceed to dissociate ourselves
Note: FA means therefore. NATABARRAA is derived from the root B-R-Hamza and it means dissociation from something or someone. NATABARRAA is the first person plural present or future tense of a verb that is derived from the root. The verb means literally, proceed to arrive dissociation and that means proceeded to dissociate ourselves.
Minhum: From them
Kama: As
Tabarraoo: proceeded to dissociate from us
the root B-R-Hamza and it means dissociation from something or someone. TABARRAOO is the third person plural past tense of a verb that is derived from the root. The verb means literally, proceeded to arrive dissociation and that means proceeded to dissociate.

Kathalika: As that/that is how
Yureehimu: HE makes them view

Allahu: The GOD
aAAmalahum: Their works
Note: the root is Ain-M-L and it means work or working. AAaMAL are works. HUM means them. AAaMALAHUM means their works
Hasaratin: vulnerabilities/sadness
Note: the root is Ha-S-R and it means in concrete, it means scraping the cover from something and therefore leaving it exposed. It also is used for a fighter that does not have armor on nor a helmet, and therefore exposing his vulnerabilities. In Abstract, it means exposure of vulnerability or sadness. HASARATIN are the plural of vulnerability.
AAalayhim: on them
Wama: And not
Hum: they
Bikharijeena: coming out
Note: the root is KH-R-J and it means coming out of something or somewhere. BIKHARIJEEN means coming out.
Mina: from
Annar: the fire
Note: the root is N-W-R and it means light or fire depending on the vowels or the situation. ANNAR means The fire.
