this is 2:169
إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَالْفَحْشَاء وَأَن تَقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ
Innama yamurukum bissooi walfahshai waan taqooloo AAala Allahi ma la taAAlamoon

The aya says:
Verily, he (Satan), but orders you to implement in hated deeds and words, and in the overstepping the boundary of ugliness, and that you say on/about the GOD what you don’t know.

My personal note:
The orders of Satan are hatred, ugliness and the talking out of lack of knowledge. This is especially worse when we talk about GOD.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Innama: Verily, only/verily, but
Yamurukum: He orders you to implement
Note: the root is Hamza-M-R and it means ordering to implement something. YAMURU is the third person singular present or future tense of a verb that is derived from the root. This verb means, literally, he arrives order to implement. KUM is the plural you. YAMURUKUM means he arrives you order to implement, which means he orders you to implement.
Bissooi: by/in hated deeds or words
Note: the root is S-W-Hamza and it means hated word or deed or hated words or deeds.
Walfahshai: and the overstepping the boundary of ugliness in words or deeds.
Note: WA means And. ALHAHSHAI is derived from the root F-Ha-SH and it means overstepping the boundary of ugliness in deed or acts. ALHASHAI is the overstepping the boundary of ugliness in deed or act
Waan: And that
Taqooloo: you say
