8:30

Salaam all,

8:30
وَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيُثْبِتُوكَ أَوْ يَقْتُلُوكَ أَوْ يُخْرِجُوكَ وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ

Waith yamkuru bika allatheena kafaroo liyuthbitooka aw yaqtulooka aw yukhrijooka wayamkuroona wayamkuru Allahu waAllahu khayru almakireena
The Aya says:
And as they scheme against you (singular) those who rejected in order that they pin you down or kill you or kick you out. And they scheme, while Allah plans and Allah is the best of planners.

My personal note:

The term yuthbitooka is often used in a positive sense to mean to make you well entrenched. However, here within this context, it carries the limiting of movement and maneuverability and therefore a negative connotation very much like when someone is wrestling and then pinned down in a position but the opponent.

The Aya Also also brings about that Allah will always counter the negative plan of the rejecters against His people and message with His own far superior plan of the bigger picture. In a sense He reassures those who follow his path that they are safe within a much bigger plan that is positive for the bigger issues at hand.
Translation of the transliterated words:
Waith: and as
Yamkuru: they scheme/ they plan
Note: the root is M-K-R and it means planning discreetly or in a subtle manner or scheming. YAMKURU is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of scheming is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person plural)
Bika: against you (singular)
Note: BI signifies an attachment or close linkage between what is before and what is after it. In a Verbal sentence it can mean attachment to the action or to the subject as it does the action. This attachment can then signify many things according to the verb and to the sentence and so on. In here it gives an object to an Arabic verb that does not usually have an object (The verb yamkuru). KA is a singular you.
Allatheena: those who
Kafaroo: rejected (Allah and His message)/ discarded
Note: the root is K-F-R and it means cover or bury in the ground, as in put the seed in the ground and cover it. This is then used conceptually for many purposes as in discarding and rejecting as well as burying. KAFARO is an action that is completed. It means: the action of rejection or discarding of the object (not declared, but understood from the context to point to God and/or the message) happened by the subject (third person plural).
Liyuthbitooka: to pin you (singular) down/ to limit you
Note: Li means to or in order to. YUTHBITOOKA is derived from the root TH-B-T and it means steadiness and being well entrenched or anchored so that it cannot be uprooted and so forth. YUTHBITOOKA is an action that is happening or will be happening. It means: the action of preventing the movement of the object (KA= singular you) is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person plural)
Aw: or
Yaqtulooka: kill you / severely injure you
Note: the root is Qaf-T-L and it means killing or actions that potentially can lead to death including injury and others. YAQTULOO is an action that is completed. It means: the action of killing or fatally injuring the object (KA= singular you) happened by the subject (third person plural).
Aw: or
Yukhrijooka: kick you out/ make you leave
Note: YUKHRIJOOKA is derived from The root KH-R-J and it means coming out or exiting. That is the conceptual meaning and it assumes it’s more specific meaning or meanings according to the plane of thought of the sentence. YUKHRIJOOKA is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of making the object (KA= singular your) come is happening or will be made to happen by the subject (third person plural)

Wayamkuroona: and they plan/ scheme
Note: WA here is for a start of a new statement. YAMKUROON is derived from the root M-K-R and it means planning discreetly or in a subtle manner or scheming. YAMKUROONA is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of scheming is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person plural)

Wayamkuru: and He plans/ schemes
Note: WA here for a new statement. YAMKURU is derived from the root M-K-R and it means planning discreetly or in a subtle manner or scheming. YAMKURU is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of scheming is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person plural)
Allahu: Allah
waAllahu: and Allah
khayru: better of/ best of
Note: the root is KH-Y-R and it means choice. It is also understood as good or as better, because one would chose the good over the bad. KHAYRU means: better or best of, in this sentence.

almakireena: the ones who plan secretly/ the schemers
Note: the root M-K-R and it means planning secretly or in a subtle manner or scheming. ALMAKIREENA are the ones who plan in a subtle secret manner or who scheme
Salaam all and have a great day

Hussein
