تُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي الْنَّهَارِ وَتُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَتُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَتُخْرِجُ الَمَيَّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَتَرْزُقُ مَن تَشَاء بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
Tooliju allayla fee alnnahari watooliju alnnahara fee allayli watukhriju alhayya mina almayyiti watukhriju almayyita mina alhayyi watarzuqu man tashao bighayri hisabin

The Aya says:
You enter the night in the day and enter the day in the night. And You bring out the living from the dead and bring out the dead from the living. And You provide whomever You will without measure.

My personal note:
This continues the statement from the previous Aya. It mentions the greatness of God’s acts on how the day and the night enter into each other and how the dead and the living come out of each other. It ends up mentioning the fact that God provides whomever He entities/ wills without measure.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Tooliju: You enter/ you make enter
Note: the root is W-L-J and it means entering. It changes according to the plane of thought as in becoming a door at times and so on. TOOLIJU is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of entering is made to happen by the subject (second person singular pointing to God) to the object (Allayla= the night and coming up).
Allayla: the night
Note: the root is L-Y-L and it means night. ALLAYLA means the night.

Note: The root is N-H-R and one of the concrete meanings of the word is running water or river. It is then used to mean running or flowing in many other meanings and contexts according to the nature of what is talked about. Note: the root is SH-Y-Hamza and it means entity for noun and to entity for the action. This means making a non entity become an entity, which also means making what was impossible possible, or what was non existent, existent or what was un-allowed allowed, and so forth. TASHAO is an action that is related to the root that is being completed or will be completed. It means: The entity is happening or will be happening by the subject (second person singular and points to God).
Bighayri: with other than/ without
Note: Bi suggests that what comes after it is either an association with the action, a tool of the action or an object of the action or any combination of the three. If bi serves as an object of the action that it serves as an emphasis of the action. GHAYR is derived from the root GH-Y-R and it means other or different from. GHAYRI means other than in this situation. BIGHAYRI then means by other than or with other than, or without.
Hisabin: measure/ account
Note: the root is Ha-S-B and it means calculation. This word then takes many other meanings according to the plane of thought that is talked about. It takes the form of thought and so forth. HISABIN means: account or process of accounting or measure.
