لَتُبْلَوُنَّ فِي أَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ وَلَتَسْمَعُنَّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ أَذًى كَثِيرًا وَإِن تَصْبِرُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ الأُمُورِ
Latublawunna fee amwalikum waanfusikum walatasmaAAunna mina allatheena ootoo alkitaba min qablikum wamina allatheena ashrakoo athan katheeran wain tasbiroo watattaqoo fainna thalika min AAazmi alomoori

The Aya says:
You (plural) will indeed be tested in your belongings and your selves. And you will hear from the ones who were given the book before you and from the ones who make partners (to Allah) harm/ hurt numerous times. And if you self restrain including act consciously, then that is from the strength of the implementations.

My personal note:
The Aya talks about harm and tests that the people who received this message were going to endure. It gives them great advice and that is self restraint and action consciously as their best tools and best proofs of their strength in implementing their matters and lives according to God’s system.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Latublawunna: indeed you (plural) will be tested
Note: LA is a stressor on what is coming after. TUBLAWUNNA is derived from the root B-L-Y and it means test or testing. TUBLAWUNNA is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of testing of the object (second person plural) is happening or will be happening by an undeclared subject.

Amwalikum: your money/ your belongings
Note: the root is M-W-L and it means what a person owns of gold and silver. This is used to mean anything owned or just money. AMWALI means moneys of. KUM means plural you.
Waanfusikum: and your selves

Note: the root is Hamza-TH-Y and it means harm or hurt in all it’s forms, physical and emotional and so forth. One concrete word is the waves or the wake of the sea that is a nuisance or mild harm. ATHAN means harm or transient hurt or harm and so forth.
Katheeran: a lot/ numerous
Note: the root is K-TH-R and it means many or numerous in all the planes of thought. KATHEERAN means: numerous or many or a lot.

Tasbiroo: you (plural) are patient/ you self restrain
Note: the root is Sad-B-R and it means jail or prison. The word is used to mean patience and restraint at the same time, since both are about imprisoning our negative emotions, thoughts, and the push to act uninhibited. TASBIROO is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of being patient or self restrain are happening or will be happening by the subject (second person plural).

Sometimes it attains the implementation part or matter as in personal matter and so forth, and at times it is the order and implementation of the order, depending on the situation in the sentence. ALOMOORI means the implements or the orders to implement. The term AAazmi Alomoori together gives the meaning of the strength in implementation.
