3:87

Salaam all,

This is 3:87
أُوْلَـئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُمْ أَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ لَعْنَةَ اللّهِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ
Olaika jazaohum anna AAalayhim laAAnata Allahi waalmalaikati waalnnasi ajmaAAeena

The Aya means:
Those, their compensation for their action is that, on them (will be), the distancing from Allah and the angels and the people collectively.

My personal note:
One of the worse things to happen to anyone is when he or she becomes distanced from Allah. One will therefore need to ask God for guidance never to leave the middle path that is Islam. One also needs to remember that, as long as one is alive, it is not too late to return to God in repentance and worship as he or she returns to becoming safe in Allah. There is no safety except in Allah.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Olaika: those
Jazaohum: their compensation for action
Note: the root is J-Z Y and it means compensation for action that can be good or bad. JAZAO is compensation of. HUM means them.
Anna: that
AAalayhim: on them
laAAnata: curse of/ distancing of
Note: the root is L-Ain-N and it means distancing or expelling. It is used to mean curse in the form of distancing or expelling from nearness or mercy. The concrete word is scarecrow because it keeps away or at a distance the undesirable birds from the field. LaANATU is the distancing of or the expelling of/from
Allahi: Allah
waalmalaikati: and the angels
Note: WA links what is before with what is after. This is through inclusion either in including one in another or in the inclusion in the bigger picture that is offered. ALM ALAIKATI is derived from the root is L-Hamza-K and it means messaging/sending a message. ALMALAIKATI are the messengers and it is used for the angels most often, however, it is not limited to the angels.
Waalnnasi: and the people/ and the society.
Note: WA links what is before with what is after. This is through inclusion either in including one in another or in the inclusion in the bigger picture that is offered. ALNNASI is derived from the root Hamza-N-S and it means socializing. ALNNAS are the society/the people.
ajmaAAeena: collectively
Note: the root is J-M-Ain and it means collecting together of things or people or whatever. AJMAAeeN means collectively/all together collected.

Salaam all and have a great day.

Hussein
