3:90

Salaam all,

This is 3:90
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِمْ ثُمَّ ازْدَادُواْ كُفْرًا لَّن تُقْبَلَ تَوْبَتُهُمْ وَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الضَّآلُّونَ
Inna allatheena kafaroo baAAda eemanihim thumma izdadoo kufran lan tuqbala tawbatuhum waolaika humu alddalloona

The Aya says:
Verily, those who rejected (Allah and His message) after their safety (in Allah), then they increased themselves in rejection, Never will their repentance be accepted, and those are the ones who lost the path.

My personal note:
The Aya mentions that that one of the worst acts of humanity is rejection of God after having fallen into safety in Him and then increasing oneself in rejection. May God helps us and protect us from falling in this form of the lost path.

Translation of the transliterated words:
Inna: Verily
Allatheena: those who
Kafaroo: rejected
Note: the root is K-F-R and it means burying the seed in the ground for planting. It is used to mean rejection of an idea because that means covering the brain in the ground from the idea or covering the idea so that it is not known or seen. KAFAROO is an action that is derived from the root and that is completed. It means the action of rejection happened by the subject (third person plural). It means they rejected.
baAAda: after
eemanihim: their safety (in Allah and His message)
Note: The root is Hamza-M-N and it means safety. EEMANI is safety of. HIM means them and in here and here it is the safety in GOD.
Thumma: then
Izdadoo: they increased themselves
Note: the root is Z-W-D and it means the provision of the road or the food that one packs for travel. It has also the meaning of what is above the need, as if the food of the road is considered a little extra. IZDADOO is an action that is completed and it means: the action of making oneself extra of the object (Kufran= rejection) happened by the subject (third person plural).
Kufran: rejection
Note: the root is K-F-R and it means burying the seed in the ground for planting. It is used to mean rejection of an idea because that means covering the brain in the ground from the idea or covering the idea so that it is not known or seen. KUFRAN means rejection.
Lan: never
Tuqbala: will she be accepted
Note: the root Qaf-B-L and it means front. This is then carried in time or space or any plain of thought. It is used to mean acceptance and reception since we receive and accept using our fronts. TUQBALA is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of accepting the object (third person singular feminine pointing to Tawbatuhum= their repentance) is happening or will be happening by an undeclared subject.
Tawbatuhum: their repentance
Note: the root T-W-B and one concrete word is TABOOT and that means the coffin. This makes T-W-B as the ultimate return to GOD in concrete as in death or in abstract as in ultimate repentance or ultimate return in repentance. TAWBATU means repentance of. HUM means them.
Waolaika: and those
Humu: they
Alddalloona: the lost ones/ the ones who lost the path.
Note: the root is Dhad-L-L and it means getting lost as in lost the road or losing something. ALDDALLOONA are the ones who are lost or the ones who lost the path.

I've just found your blog. Am very pleased that an Arabic speaker is explaining the true meaning of kafiruun etc..
This is of vital importance if Islam is to be respected and understood by people who are only learning about it.

Too many people think a kaffir is anyone who is not a Muslim. Clearly this is wrong. A kaffir is someone who KNOWS what the Message is, then chooses to reject it and work against it - hiding it from others.

People who have not had the Message presented to them properly, do not yet know or understand the Message, so they cannot be called kaffirs.
