بَلَى إِن تَصْبِرُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ وَيَأْتُوكُم مِّن فَوْرِهِمْ هَـذَا يُمْدِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُم بِخَمْسَةِ آلافٍ مِّنَ الْمَلآئِكَةِ مُسَوِّمِينَ
Bala in tasbiroo watattaqoo wayatookum min fawrihim hatha yumdidkum rabbukum bikhamsati alafin mina almalaikati musawwimeena
The Aya says:
But yes, if you self restrain and make your-selves guard and they will come to you from this very moment. Your nurturing Lord will extend you with five thousand of the angels, making perceived effect.
My personal note:
The Aya again emphasized the issue of self restraint/patience and guarding or consciousness as the most important qualities in times of distress and extreme tension. I find this important because self restraint is about patience, but also about not overreacting or overdoing things. Guarding is about consciousness and allowing what should be allowed, while preventing what should be prevented. Both are great lessons in how not to let your emotions overtake you at times when they are most high.

Note: the root is Sad-B-R and it means jail or prison. The word is used to mean patience and restraint at the same time, since both are about imprisoning our negative emotions, thoughts, and the push to act uninhibited. TASBIROO is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of being patient or self restrain are happening or will be happening by the subject (second person plural).
Watattaqoo: and make yourselves conscious/ make yourselves guard.

It means: the action of making come to the object (KUM means plural you) is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person plural pointing to the angels).

Yumdidkum: He extends you/ He expands you
Note: the root is M-D-D and it means extension or expansion. Some concrete uses of the word are the high tide, when the sea expands, and also when the person lies down and expands himself or herself. YUMDID is an action that is being completed or will be completed. It means: the action of making the object (KUM= plural you) extended or expanded is happening or will be happening by the subject (third person singular).
Rabbukum: Your nurturing Lord
Note: Note: the root is R-B-B and it means lordship and nurturing at the same time. It gives authority and nurture at the same time. RABBU means nurturing Lord of. KUM means plural you.
Bikhamsati: by five/ with five
Note: Bi suggests that what comes after it is either an association with the action, a tool of the action or an object of the action or any combination of the three. If bi serves as an object of the action that it serves as an emphasis of the action. Here, the action is the extending or expanding. Khamsati is derived from the root KH-M-S and it means five. KHAMSATI means five.
Alafin: thousands
Note: The root is Hamza-L-F and it means thousand as a number. It also is used to mean repeated exposure to an entity which leads to familiarity and affection/friendship. ALAFIN means thousands.

Almalaikati: the angels
Note: The root is L-Hamza-K and it means messenger. ALMALAIKATI means the messenger and is used for the angels since they are the messengers of God to his people and human messengers.
Musawwimeena: making showing/ making perceived effect.
Note: the root of the word is S-Y-M and it means in one of the concrete meanings putting the merchandise on display so that the buyers will know it. The word then has many other uses that revolve around showing and making known or distinguished something or putting something on display. MUSAWWIMEENA are the entities that make things shown. I used the meaning of making perceived effect.
